The on-boarding process in the financial services sector has rapidly developed from what used to be a 2 week process to now in some cases being an instant click of a few buttons. This means that business once again face a challenge in keeping their existing clients.

Partnering allows for companies to expand their customer base, geographical locations, and infrastructure. Banks, who are currently replying on their legacy systems, can compete to retain their customers through partnering with fintech companies who can provide up to date systems inline with the latest legitrations / regulations. New fintech start-ups who don’t have decades of trust and a relationship with customers but have the modern technological products can partner with Banks to expand their customer base and build their reputation.
