Whilst there are FinTechs, challenger banks and me-too's out there, Our Client is in a category of one. You won't find them trying to fit into anyone else's image of what banking or tech start-up should look like. To support their vision they are looking for someone to join the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
 

Ownership of FX Payments, to include SEPA and Swift
Provide SME payment support to Customer Service Agents
Ensuring external and regulatory requirements are adhered to
Assist with ensuring that appropriate payment policies and procedures are updated on a periodic basis and reflect regulatory changes
Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions that help and benefit our customers
Actively seek to improve processes and workflows
Support incident management
Investigate and resolve customer queries 

The Candidate
 
Must have experience in a back office banking environment
Must have detailed knowledge of SEPA and Swift
Knowledge of payments guidelines, scheme rules and regulatory framework
Ability to balance workload, dealing with multiple priorities and ability to work within a team in a changing environment
Excellent communication skills
