The Role
Generating Sales

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into a pipeline, meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
To qualify customers and identify opportunity
Research and build relationships with new clients, closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
To provide excellent customer service throughout the process, through face to face, telephone and email support
Meet the required level of appointments and sales per week  

Data Management

Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets  

Sales Methodology

Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns
Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth
Follow the sales methodology to ensure a consistent customer experience  

Personal Development

Devise creative, "out-of-the-box" ideas and implement them to support sales performance
Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines
Contribute towards monthly objectives being proactive in self development
Be a team player and contribute to the success of the overall team  

The Candidate

Several years of B2B sales experience in the Card payments market, within a target driven environment
Good knowledge of MS-Office products
Very good communication skills
Effective and responsible way of working
High flexibility and basic willingness to travel
Very strong goal-orientation
Confident manner and strong negotiation skills
Strong customer and service orientation
