TPN Recruitment Solutions are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. TPN are arguably the number one Payments, Cards and Fintech Recruitment Agency in the UK.
We primarily operate at Executive level and our network has been established over 20 successful years in business. We work with some of the biggest banking names in the sector as well as Fintech start-ups.
Throughout the pandemic we have continued to thrive and even set up a new division of our business, Ten Recruitment. Due to this continued success, we are now in a period of significant scale up and are looking for experienced team mates to drive the growth across our two businesses.

About the role
Throughout the pandemic we branched out and opened a sister company called Ten Recruitment. Overseen by our MD and Head of Operations your key role will be to grow this side of the business. You will need to develop relationships across the UK to drive customer acquisition that result in a healthy pipeline of new business for our resourcer’s and recruiters.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and nurture new relationships, with commercial companies across the UK.
Research, make contact and close new job leads.
Develop a strategic plan of attraction to drive customer acquisition.
Assist the Head of Operations in Marketing campaigns
Work with our team of recruiters to identify target markets to develop.
Account Management of existing clients – retaining their business and introducing the company to all divisions with the organisation to develop growth of the account.
Attend site visits to pitch for new business.
Measure and report on your business development activities
Must compete in our pool tournaments and weekly quizzes, whilst offering to make the occasional cuppa!About youWe are looking for somebody who wants to make a role their own, who is driven, self-motivated and can bring some great ideas to the table.
An inquisitive nature, with a never give up mentality.
Previous business development experience is essential – you will need to understand the sales pipeline and the activities that you need to undertake to drive success and growth of new and existing accounts.
The desire to be a part of a team who are looking to create a fun and flexible culture.
You understand that business development is hard but that your next call could be our next client.
Previous experience working to targets and metrics.When the world is fully open again this role will require some travel to meet with clients, so flexibility and your own vehicle is key.
