Content Marketing Manager

The Role
Due to significant success and investment, a role has arisen for a Content Marketing Manager reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for entire marketing strategy, defining how they take the company to their target market. They are looking for an experienced, assertive character, with keys skills in writing content, relationship (agency) and budget management and of course knowledge of key, modern B2B marketing channels.
The Candidate
Essential experience
  • Experience in B2B fintech marketing – specifically, lending, technology, payments
  • Excellent content writing skills that creates real value to our target customers
  • Excellent Powerpoint skills
  • Good level of design skills (able to create presentations and marketing material)
  • Deep knowledge of targeted social marketing (LinkedIn, community platforms)
  • CRM experience with mailing platforms and email design/creation
  • Must have experience managing external agencies
  • A ‘get stuck in’ attitude with positive energy and a creative approach
  • Background in medium sized business of 60-200 people
  • Experience managing relationships with trade bodies
  • Exposure to Salesforce
  • Any basic web skills (i.e. able to make simple changes to websites) is a bonus
