Customer Implementation Manager

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Responsible for successful implementation of products, solutions & system integrations in line with client requirements
  • Manage multiple client implementation projects at any given time
  • Work with client and internal Business Development Managers to review product demands and document system requirements
  • Develop project plans and ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
  • Establish and provide direction for product configuration and system integration with internal technical teams, schemes & third parties
  • Provide training and associated materials, in collaboration with client’s trainers
  • Participate in external client training sessions such as webinars, user conferences, client specific training sessions, etc.
  • May be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals
 
The Candidate
 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within payment industry, preferably including both issuing and acquiring
  • 2:1 Degree or above required
  • Proven track record of fostering successful client relationships
  • Project Management qualification required
  • Experience leading multiple projects & work streams
  • Software configuration or business analyst experience desirable
  • Understanding of global payment industry capabilities necessary
  • Strong organisation, communication and process oriented skills essential
  • Ability to understand client business processes, issues and needs
  • Excellent communication, customer service and relationship building skills
  • Ability to clearly document and explain complex business processes
  • Flexible attitude and actively works to build relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills– particularly Visio, Power Point & Microsoft Project
  • Desire to develop knowledge of our industry and products
