European Sales Manager

Experience
  • Sales into Banks and FI’s (10yrs)
  • Payments knowledge, ideally wholesale and cards with close awareness of changing needs of banks, especially Real-time Payments
  • Good network of contacts across European Banks and the payments space
  • English plus European languages (Italian / German / French)
  • Good grasp of IT in payments
  • Start-up / Fintech cultural experience / comfort
 
Skills
  • Hunter sales mentality
  • Ability to build / leverage long term relationships
  • Ability to network across complex relationships and industry environment
  • Knowledge of payments, ideally Instant Payments / Open banking
  • Ability to present well, manage & direct through the sales procurement process including RFP’s
  • Engage and work closely with implementation partners to maximise traction in accounts
  • Contribution to marketing material and the wider requirements of the full sales process
