The first thing you will need to do is have a thorough review of what we’re doing. From there the role is your own, we’re keen for you to lead the way with some industry leading ideas and break the boundaries of what might be deemed in other environments as a conservative view. We’re keen to remain an industry disruptor!
Here are the parts of the business and tasks we’ll need to put together an influence!
·You will take full responsibility for retention and marketing campaigns across Digital, Offline and work closely with the call centre leadership team.
·Take responsibility for a small team, but understand how to manage in a matrix environment.
·You’ll come up with some groundbreaking Marketing campaigns that will wow our industry. We need you to push the boundaries!
·You’ll need to understand Data & Insight, in fact you’ll be an advocate of the data and help improve its presence in decision making situations across the wider business.
·Bring another customer centric view to the team, this will help us keep our customers engaged across a range of our products and services.
·Be different, we want different and people that challenge the norm!
