- Manage a business plan and sales strategy for their market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Lead and manage the commercial actions, budget execution, revenue & margin for their perimeter
- Sell products and services using key selling arguments to develop future customers sales.
- Performing cost benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
- Review/scope out prospective customer and partner business requirements; advise on the best business solutions and prepare commercial proposals, presentations and/or other required documents
- Work closely with the marketing team to devise marketing strategy and to promote the service at regional events of all levels (whether for consumers, merchants or larger industry players, such as, retailers, acquirers, gateways etc.) create various service presentation materials for different target groups
- Continuously enrich and extend the knowledge of the industry, company products, information technologies of the retail payments and electronic payments industry
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Manage the C- level relationships with our key customers
- Promote the company, brands and image in their respective perimeters
- Coordinate the operations, support, risks and guarantee the business execution for their customers
- Measure the customer satisfaction and implement necessary action plans with the team to recover any deviation
- Minimum 15 years’ sales management in a technology services company
- 10 years working knowledge of managing sales activities in the card payments industry in a merchant services focused business
- Strategic and familiar with Channel and Key Account management
- Proven team management experience is a must, an advantage if experience in building a sales team from scratch
- Consistent delivery of excellent Customer Service and knowledge of the companies / EIT solutions
- Self-motivated, with a proven track record of controlling and monitoring of field-based sales team
- An understanding and experience of supporting branding/ marketing.
- Ability to work in a global team environment and independently
- Results driven; team orientated yet able to fulfil a personal revenue target.
- Public speaking experience in demonstrating software solutions
- Ideally experience working in a start-up environment
