Noel started his IT career in the banking sector, working as a Project Manager in Electronic Payments, ATMs (BACS, CHAPS and LINK) with AIB. In the early 1990’s a change of career direction took him into Sales & Marketing with companies such as FEXCO, nCipher Corp and later into GE Capital. Noel led the business development effort for GE’s Consumer Credit Card Business and over these years has managed relationships with many major global brands, including - Tesco, Boots, BHS, M&S, JLP, Wal-Mart, HSBC, LBG, Barclays and RBS.

In 2001 and sensing it was time for another change of direction, Noel helped to start TPN with two other founder Directors – later taking full ownership and control in 2007 with some key assistance from Kevin Coles. Like Kevin, Noel also has an enviable network of contacts in the Cards, Payments and Consumer Finance sectors; many of whom have since become clients and candidates of TPN. In recent times Noel spends more of his time helping to develop our Associate Network and the International business opportunities at TPN, while leaving Nick and his excellent team to get on with developing the core business.

As for other aspects of my life and my free time (of which I am hoping to have more soon), I have an interest in rare breed cattle and currently trying to develop my farming activities in my spare time. Commercial Director

David has been a senior member of the TPN team for a number of years now and has brought with him over 10 years of recruitment experience - gained after the realisation he could not sing, dance or act – but remains an all-round performer!

As Commercial Director and Shareholder my focus is to develop strategic partnerships and establish TPN as a market leader within this space.

David is responsible for all commercial and contractual activities as well as leading the recruitment and resourcing teams. Committed to delivering the short and medium term business plans and further accelerating the growth of the team and commercial objectives. Where possible, providing relevant industry information, methodology and trends.

Kevin Coles

Kevin Coles

Non - Executive Director
Kevin has been involved in the credit card industry for 45 years. He began his TPN life as Associate Director, overseeing business strategy and working with some of the UK's emerging financial services brands. This resulted in the company’s exciting growth and development witnessed in recent years. He served as Chairman from early 2014 - 2018, and now serves as the a Non- Executive Director for TPN.

Kevin combines his role at TPN with his work as a Consultant/Executive in the digital payments and data industries. His expertise is in Strategy, Proposition Development and Marketing. He also has vast experience of international markets, having worked extensively in the USA, the Caribbean, Africa and Australia.
Kevin has and continues to work as a consultant for leading Global Payment brands and exciting disruptive industry projects. He also acts as a Business Advisor on specialised deals and on numerous Strategy and Proposition Development programs. Kevin has specific interest in alternative payment and data transaction projects as well as emerging payment products and services.

Richard (Dicky) Davies

Richard (Dicky) Davies

Non - Executive Director
Richard (Dicky) Davies has over 25 years’ experience in financial services and and is a highly regarded senior executive having held senior positions at the Lowell Group, Barclaycard, ShopSmart.com and Visa Europe. 
 
Dicky has a wealth of experience in leading, growing and developing major financial services business in the UK and internationally, including significant board level experience in multiple financial industry sectors.
 
His most recent experience includes corporate finance, international business development, payment scheme, credit management, strategic relationship management and general management, including P&L responsibility in a multi-branded consumer finance business. Dicky is extremely keen to develop people as well as businesses which has provided great results in previous roles.
 
A twin, Dicky lives with his long-term partner and son. He adopts a work hard, play hard approach to life and is a keen golfer, rugby fan (Wales and Northampton Saints) and coach at Northampton Scouts RFC.

Richard is approaching his three year anniversary at TPN Recruitment and joined after a successful spell recruiting in the logistics and transport sectors. A great account and relationship builder, Richard has developed a wide network, particularly across Loyalty and Fintech. Richard has excellent knowledge around emerging payments and this has led to him making senior level placements at some of the most exciting, innovative payments brands.

Dominique, who has been with TPN for 12 months and was previously appointed to lead the office management function as well as to support the wider business and board members.
 
Dominique has now been promoted to Recruitment Consultant and will now be a key driver in our continued growth and expansion plans by operating a 360 desk – gaining new business, resourcing and managing a number of our key accounts.

When not subjected to listening to Richards awful singing in the office I love to spend time with my daughter, also being a very keen surfer, I love nothing more than going to the coast and catching some waves!
Melanie Litchfield

Melanie Litchfield

Commercial Manager
Melanie, who is the newest member of the TPN team plays a significant role as Commercial Manager providing support on all Commercial and Contractual activities within the business and to the Senior Leadership Team.
Now within her first year, Melanie’s main areas of responsibility are: Payroll, Marketing, CRM ownership and to support both the client and candidate functions.
