Our client is a specialist probate property company offering comprehensive services, including vacant property insurance, maintenance, valuations, marketing, and sales. Founded in 2014, They have established Themselves as the market leader in the probate property sector, providing tailored solutions to support estate administrators, solicitors, and property professionals.

They are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Head of Partnerships (Outbound) to spearhead their business development efforts in the probate property sector across London. The primary focus will be on building strategic relationships with Solicitors, Estate Administrators, and Funeral Directors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with exceptional networking and sales skills, capable of working independently to generate and convert leads in the London market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a targeted outbound business development strategy to establish new partnerships across London.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with Solicitors, Estate Administrators, and Funeral Directors to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate leads, conduct outreach, and schedule meetings to promote company services.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring long-term business success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions as required.
  • Develop tailored value propositions and marketing materials for potential partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and relationship management of new partners.
  • Maintain an organised system, tracking leads, conversations, and partnership progress.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including revenue targets and new business acquisitions.

About The Desired Candidate

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within the probate property, legal, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain high-level professional relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • Experience working within probate, legal services, or real estate industries.
  • Established network of contacts within Solicitors, Estate Administrators, or Funeral Directors in London.

Salary

£90,000 OTE plus package
