TPN Recruitment truly believe and understand that hiring decisions should be made on capability, and skillsets and not on gender, disability, ethnic origin, sexuality, age, social background or religious beliefs. We also believe that diverse teams are more successful, something which has been supported by numerous studies. Unfortunately, for a number of reasons, many companies still fall short when hiring and retaining diverse candidates. TPN Recruitment does not tolerate discrimination. We are committed to being part of the necessary change needed both internally and externally. When it comes to diversity and inclusion in business, TPN Recruitment set clear and measurable targets for diversity to support goals and drive the agenda.

Steph was the recruiter for my latest role.
From start to finish, she showed brilliant professionalism coupled with a personable approach.
The communication style and methods as a candidate was spot on - whether a call or even text depending on the urgency.
Steph also understands what she is recruiting for and has the vacancies she was advertising for. Payments is a hard space to understand but she has clearly built enough knowledge up to know the differences and the needs of both clients and candidates whilst also being honest with her candidates.

Having worked with David and the team at TPN as both an employer / hiring manager and a candidate I have always been struck by his professional approach, strategic thinking & leadership and strength of network across the Payments industry. Be that in sourcing highly skilled, credible and specific role relevant candidates to identifying un-advertised senior roles within Payments based on his personal and professional network.
I would not hesitate to recommend David and the TPN team for Payments businesses who are looking to recruit / attract high calibre talent into their organisations. Or for candidates who are looking for a true and supportive partnership in the search for their next career move.
